We are a professional snagging company that currently operates in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Greater London (North of the River Thames), Hertfordshire, and Suffolk. We intend to expand to meet the industry demand for our services.

Our inspectors principally carry out our inspection services and compile corresponding reports. These reports are quality checked by Eagle Eye before being issued to our customers.

​​​Required applicant credentials
 

• Able to provide a high standard of customer service, be organised, be punctual, and have a keen eye for detail. 

• Comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations, the Approved Documents, and warranty providers' technical standards.

• 5+ years of experience in a building surveying, residential surveying, construction management, or warranty provider building inspector role.

• Have a level 6 degree or diploma in a surveying, construction engineering, or a construction management discipline.

• Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS, RPSA, or other relevant professional body.

• Supplementary certifications/qualifications are preferred in drone piloting and thermography.

• Live within our areas of operation.

• Have a full UK driving license and a car.

• Have no criminal record or unspent criminal convictions. 

• Have the right to work in the UK.
