About Us
Eagle Eye is an independent professional snagging company that helps new build homeowners across the East of England, the South East of England, and Greater London. We compile comprehensive snagging inspection reports, with an average of 150+ defects per our flagship Snagging Inspection service, which homeowners can issue to their developers to action.
Our objective is to give our customers the confidence that their new homes have been finished to the highest standards. We understand that not all new build buyers have the time and perhaps the construction knowledge to thoroughly inspect their new homes, and we are here to provide a professional snagging service to ease the process.
We combine our knowledge of building regulations and corresponding technical standards with modern snagging equipment, tools, processes, and software to thoroughly inspect new homes, and identify areas of construction non-compliance and inadequate quality.
We will inspect your new home, record all identified defects, and provide you with a comprehensive electronic report via email complete with photographic evidence and supplementary technical information. You can also tailor our service to your requirements with optional add-ons. Add-ons include the option to have a bound hard copy of your report posted to your address, and many more relating to further checks we'll carry out on the day of your booked inspection.
You can then issue the report to your developer to be actioned.
