Eagle Eye was founded in 2025 with the vision to help ease the snagging process for new build homeowners, and ensure that their homes are finished to a high-quality standard.

We combine our knowledge of building regulations and technical standards with modern snagging equipment, tools, processes, and software to thoroughly inspect new homes, and identify areas of construction non-compliance and inadequate quality.

Our Services
We offer four types of new home inspections depending on your requirements and stage of owning a new home.
Our Snagging Inspection is our flagship inspection service that is most popular with our customers. In short, all accessible areas of your new home are checked within this inspection after you've completed on your property.
You can also book a Re-inspection following your initial Snagging Inspection whereby we check whether your developer has adequately resolved the previously identified defects.
We also provide a Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI) for those who haven't yet completed on their property, and a Warranty Expiry Inspection for homeowners coming to the end of their warranty period. ​
